2. Provides detailed 24-hour activity time breakdown with trend statistics.
3. Monitors daily sleep patterns, displaying deep sleep duration, light sleep duration, and instances of wakefulness.
4. Records heart rate data, including intervals, highest rate, lowest rate, average rate, and trends.
5. Enables users to set personalized sports goals, tracks goal completion progress, and motivates consistent daily exercise.
6. Facilitates social sharing on platforms like WeChat, Weibo, Facebook, and Twitter.
7. Synchronizes health and exercise data to Alibaba Cloud for seamless data transition across devices.
